Happy
A is flashing more signs of a personality everyday. Although her most consistent expression is that of deep thought, she displays a smile on occasion. One thing is for sure, she is quite curious. Her eyes are constantly scanning her surroundings. Even-though she is starting to respond to voices and her name, it is usually just a quick glance before continuing to take in her surroundings.
Stripes
This is one of A's favorite outfits (read that as "her parents favorite outfits") and we think she looks mighty cute in it.
Telling It Like It Is
As many new parents know, A's shirt tells the truth and nothing but the truth! Sleep is a precious commodity for the parents of a newborn...especially the mother. We wait in anticipation for one blessed event...a full nights rest!

Familiar Expression
This is an expression that A's cousin O used to make when he was an infant. Must run in the family!
Ride Home
Who couldn't love this face??? This was the reaction we got on our second attempt to put her in her car seat. Let's just say the first attempt wasn't as cute.
Our Favorite Time
When A wakes up from her nap this is what we see. She will make funny faces and show us the first glimpses of what her facial expressions will be. We have come to enjoy this time of peaceful bliss.

Daddy's Hairline
A came out with a partial head of hair!! Although the color is different, she shares her fathers hairline...poor kid! Let's just hope that hers will fill in, unlike her Dads!
Hours Old
Everyone, say "Hello" to A! She, mom and dad are doing great! Here A is a few hours old and preparing for her first bath. Mom and Dad couldn't be prouder of their new daughter. Grandma and Grandpa D have been fully won over! More to come...
