40th Anniversary Party....

March 17th...we all gathered to celebrate my parents' 40th Wedding Anniversary.....


We sort of took the easy way out and ordered all the desserts.......

Eli's 5th birthday was thrown into a mix of other event planning and another party....so simplicity was the way to go.....

And a party with Chuck-E for the big event....(I thought I would never do this....)....and after having done it...not sure if I ever will again....but I think everyone (kids that is) had a good time....

Warm Spring Days...

Our spring...much like everyone else....has been unseasonably warm...which has allowed us many trips to the parks already!!

Flashback Friday 11...

5 years ago tonight I was being admitted to the hospital.....preparing for the birth of this little guy....only to find out after he was born....he had some struggles.....

But after 10 long days in the NICU....we finally got to bring him home...happy and healthy!!

Flashback Friday 10....

In honor of my parents' 40th Wedding Anniversary this Sunday....we will flashback to their wedding day 40 years ago!!


Man, they looked like "kids"...oh wait maybe it was because they were......I am pretty sure if I had asked to get married at 18....the answer would have been "NO"......

Flashback Friday 9....(On Sunday)

I know this flashback Friday is 2 days late.....but we made a last minute trip to Montana....and it didn't get done.

Today's "flashback" takes us ALL the way back to last year....yes I just needed to re-live the moment....last year at this time we were walking on the beaches of Antigua and enjoying our week long vacation on the beach!! Let's just say we ALL can't wait to go back!!
