A found this plastic mat in her high chair (used to catch all her messes from eating - never been used though) She put it on the floor in the kitchen this afternoon and laid down on it and said "night night" - I guess comfort means nothing.
Well, this past week was our first week on our own and what a week it was. A's jealousy definitely came out during the day when it was just me dividing my attention between the 2 of them. Their were lot's of tears and mischief. A pretty much did whatever she was not supposed to do when I couldn't give her my full attention. So, now there are no longer any batteries in the swing, all doors remained closed in the house and E will be putting a lock on our garbage can tomorrow. On top of little E not sleeping through the night, A has now decided that she needs to wake up about 1/2 way through the night too. One night we were so desperate for some sleep we brought her to bed with us...but convincing her to lay down and sleep was something else. She would lay her head on my pillow for about 5 seconds and then sit up and say "Mommy, Daddy - HI!" Needless to say she didn't last all that long in our bed.
