We headed east this Thanksgiving to the great state of Minnesota.....prior to arriving at Grandma Judi's and Grandpa Hal's in Fergus Falls, we spent a few days in the Twin Cities...just "playing"...okay and maybe a doing a little shopping too!
We spent the first day and half playing at the Water Park of America - which happened to be in our hotel!
It took a little while for these three monkey's to "warm" up to the water slides...but once they did it was hard work convincing them to leave.
Adi was just content sitting in the water and splashing....
And she was quite tuckered out after all the water time!
A view of the kids water play area.....the only down fall to this area was the constant water falling on top of the kids...my kids were not so fond of a bucket of water continually dumping on them.
And THIS....was our room....It really paid off to visit this hotel right before thanksgiving weekend...the hotel was "dead" and we got a steal of a deal on a suite that was HUGE!
And the best part of all...every room has bunk-beds....which was perfect for Ana, Eli and Ema!
Eric and I had a room separate from the rest...
And Adi had her own separate bathroom!
Day 2 was spent exploring the Mall of America...which happened to be across the street - there really wasn't much shopping...our time was mostly spent on the rides.
Or in the stroller for Miss Adi....
