You reap what you sow....

2 weekends, 7 pieces of redwood board, 62 screws, a 9 x 8 piece of sod removed, 1 terribly nasty trip to the dump, 3 pickup loads of garden soil, some rain, some more rain, and yet even more rain, at least 50 wheel barrel loads of dirt both coming and going, 3 trips to the green house, and some time spent planting....WE HAVE A GARDEN.....

And in this garden we have.....sweet bell peppers, zucchini squash, green beans, onions, carrots, tomato plants, strawberries, 2 kinds of lettuce, spinach, peas, basil, oregano, rosemary, chives, & cilantro........and 1 week later...I am having to report that all visible plants are in fact still living.....and not one "seed" has sprouted through the ground yet.....hopefully we'll have something to show from this garden at the end of the summer.....or next summer it may just be a pumpkin patch!
